Aims

 

The Corporation has as principal aim administer the Chilean System of Forest Certification Sustentable, both for forest plantations and for natural forests.

To achieve this intention, itrecognizes the National Standards of the System of Certification CERTFOR; it establishes the contents by means of which the certified companies can use the logo; it needs the conditions of use of the logo; he promotes the National Standards; it confirms the National Standard with other initiatives of national and international certification and spreads hisactivities across academic events of extension.

Mission

To be constituted in an institutional modal of world class in the promotion of the forest sustentabilidad, establishing the bases of a participative process, that from origin to a new system of public and private management, tending to take advantage of the national potential regarding the use, mantención, enrichment and preservation of our forest resources.

Vision

Become the brand-leader of the national and international consolidation of sustainability, inducing and supporting a process of change in forest production practices, which combines economic development with increasing maintenance and enhancement of natural heritage, cultural and social our country.
